Really good Service and Clean Rooms!
helpful staff clean room delicious breakfast early check-in
The staff demonstrated superlative service with smiles, eager to assist in every way. I found this especially romantic. My room was smart, clean, and tidy. The breakfast offered a delicious start to each day and I thought the restaurant excelled. The hotel allowed early check-in, and granted late check-out. This was so accommodating.

Breakfast provides extensive choices. I especially enjoyed the fresh pastries. The Vivaldi restaurant offers kind service. The pool bar provides a relaxed atmosphere with excellent drinks.

The hotel sits directly at the creek. The location was perfect! A tourist bus stop is very close, as is the Dhow boat station. I made good use of them. The location offers lovely views of the skyline and creek.

The room included a comfortable king-size bed. I slept very well. The view from the room overlooked the creek. The rooms were cleaned daily. I thought this was great, though the phone didn't work.

excellent creek view
creek view high standard helpful staff easy reach
I liked the location of this hotel because local amenities were close. creek water taxi, metro, supermarkets, and shops were all within easy reach. the heritage village was just across the road. i particularly enjoyed the creek view from my room, especially at night! the cleaning standards were very high. This is why i would return. the reception staff were also helpful.

the hotel includes a fitness center with treadmills and stationary bikes. a pool area with many loungers. vivaldi restaurant offers creek views and can accommodate dietary restrictions if informed upon arrival. breakfast includes a variety of foods.

the staff was attentive and cute. the concierge service was very helpful with directions. reception staff were pleasant and quickly assisted with requests. the on-site pub provides food and offers a happy hour each evening, awesome for some relaxation.

the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. my beautiful room had a king-sized bed with nice creek view. housekeeping services were regular and thorough. the room was also equipped with a coffee maker and complimentary tea.

Mixed Feelings About This Stay
traffic noise missing toothpaste
I must say, a couple of things really bothered me during my time. First, the soundproofing was bad. I could hear traffic clearly from my room on the tenth floor. Second, I thought it strange that toothpaste wasn't provided automatically. I had to request it.

The staff were helpful. The hotel is clean, and the rooms are great. Service was always good. Staff are friendly. I found the location to be a plus for access to the city and airport.
It was awful. I understand that the hotel has little control over this, but it was disturbing.

The hotel is conveniently located for traveling. There are many food options at walking distance. The views from creek-side rooms are just awesome. The hotel is close to the city center, as well as the airport.

The hotel provided excellent service and amazing creek views. All cosmetics provided by the hotel were also excellent. The room design is very cute. The view over the creek is beautiful, especially at sunset.
